Either way you get a PDF proof to look at on your phone or in your email before we run a single sheet, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.

Custom notepads are glued along one edge, and the most common mistake is a design with a logo or header positioned too close to that glued edge, which gets partially covered once the pad is bound and unusable once a few sheets have been torn off. We check the glue edge placement against the artwork before printing, since a template built for a flat single sheet does not automatically account for the binding. The second issue is paper weight, since a notepad printed on stock too thin curls at the glued edge and tears unevenly when a sheet is pulled off, which is a common problem with templates downloaded from generic online tools.

We run notepads on a weight that holds together cleanly through the full pad, not just the first few sheets, and mention it if a customer's file assumes something lighter.
